Booking and payment
Before the visit : The cost estimate needs to be signed and 50% deposit to reserve the tour.
After the tour : Invoice will be sent with request for payment within 30 days, beyond that 20% extra.
Lateness
Group : No more than 30 minutes without notice, service due in full.
Guide : Group waits 30 min, offer to postpone the end or otherwise reimbursement of a proportional part.
Cancellations
7 days before : 50% due.
Less than 48 hours before: 100% due.
